Drugovich to continue with Andretti

Andretti has become the first Formula E team to confirm their line-up for the 2026/27 season, with both Jake Dennis and Felipe Drugovich set to continue with the team.

The Brazilian born racer joined Andretti at the start of the 2025/26 season, having already made a name for himself in single seater racing as 2022 FIA Formula 2 champion, and reserve driver for the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team (2022-2025).

After a challenging start to the season, Drugovich has found his footing in recent rounds, scoring his first podium at the 2026 Monaco E-Prix. Starting fifth, his best qualifying result at that point in the season, he produced a calm and controlled drive around the principality.

The podium marked an important turning point for the Andretti driver, after admitting in Berlin that he was still learning how to fully adapt to Formula E’s all-electric machinery.

For Andretti, maintaining stability in their driver line-up has been important, especially as the championship looks to enter unchartered territory with the start of the Gen4 era, Formula E’s most exciting chapter yet.

Establishing a relationship in the form of fitting into the bigger picture was always the plan. When we brought Felipe into the team, we centered our relationship as a long-term commitment from both sides with him playing an important part in our future. He’s shown strong speed, great professionalism and has already achieved his first podium in his rookie season, demonstrating his capability of integrating quickly into the team.
Roger Griffiths, Andretti Formula E Team Principal.

I’m very happy to continue this journey with Andretti Formula E. From the moment I joined the team, the goal was always to build something that could carry into the future and I’m excited to be part of the team as we enter the GEN4 era.
Felipe Drugovich, Andretti Formula E Team.
