It’s all change at Envision Racing as the team confirm the departure of Sebastien Buemi and Joel Eriksson at the end of the season.
2015/16 Formula E Champion, Sebastien Buemi joined the British team at the start of then Gen3 era, bringing with him considerable experience and one of the most impressive stats sheets in the Formula E paddock.
Despite not being able to replicate his title winning ways from seasons past, the Swiss driver still managed to achieve at least one podium before per season – his best result with the team being victory at the 2025 Monaco E-Prix.
This season, Buemi was joined in the Envision driver line-up by Formula E rookie, Joel Eriksson. Despite being a newcomer to the championship, the Swedish-born racer has quietly put together a respectable points haul this season, even achieving a podium at the 2026 Shanghai E-Prix, Round 13.
